Holly Lake Resort is situated off of Route 47 in the New Jersey Pinelands of Cape May County just minutes from the beaches of Ocean City, Sea Isle City, Avalon, Stone Harbor, Wildwood and Cape May. The community includes a clubhouse, three pavilions, pool, two bathhouses with laundry facilities in each, a playground, swings, horseshoe pits and 9 Hole Mini Golf. The lake serves as the centerpiece offering swimming, fishing and boating with a sandy beach for sunbathing by day and social activities by night.
Holly Lake Condominium Association is a private gated community consisting of 342 individual land and park model unit owners, established in 1987. The Condo Fees, including the Contingency Fund Assessment, are presently $1,600.00 annually. Property taxes are paid individually to Dennis Township based on assessed value. Each unit owner upon purchase is required to abide by all HOA Bylaws, Rules & Regulations and are responsible for cleaning and maintaining their own units and land. Common areas are the responsibility of the Association. We are open from March 1st to November 30th.
Our staff is professional, helpful and courteous. The Association Board of Trustees consists of five elected members and one non-voting community member. Elections are held annually in August. Units and land lots vary in price based on age and configuration of units and lot size. Prices range from $80,000.00 to $165,000.00.
