The Speed Limit is 5mph for CARS and Golf Carts
- Notify all family members and guests prior to entering Holly Lake of the 5 MPH speed limit.
- The speed limit will be strictly enforced & there will be consequences
- The Safety of our Children and all at Holly Lake is of the Highest Priority as they walk the streets during the day & in the dark of night
- Unit owners will be fined for family and friends violating the 5 MPH speed limit when visiting or staying at your unit. You will receive notification of the violation and a fine in the mail.
- It is the unit owners responsibility to inform & enforce the speed limit with family and guests for the safety of our children and all at Holly Lake
